Receta completa Hamburguesa con sorpresa de huevo INGREDIENTES • 450 gr de carne molida • 6 láminas de queso cheddar • 3 huevos • ½ cucharadita de pimentón en polvo • ½ cucharadita de pimienta negra molida • ½ cucharadita de orégano • ½ cucharadita de sal PREPARACIÓN Condimentar la carne con pimentón en polvo, orégano, sal y pimienta a gusto. Dividir la carne en tres partes iguales y hacer un agujero en el centro. Freír en una sartén con aceite y al voltear, agregar un huevo en el agujero. Cubrir por 5 minutos para cocinar el huevo, agregar 2 laminas de queso cheddar por cada hamburguesa y cuando esté derretido retirar.
