Receta completa Budin de arroz INGREDIENTES • 3 tazas de arroz cocido • 3 huevos • 100 ml de leche • 100 gr de arvejas cocidas (guisantes) • 100 gr de queso rallado • 80 gr de queso granulado PREPARACIÓN En un bowl agregar los huevos y la leche, mezclar bien. Agregar el arroz cocido, las arvejas y los quesos. Mezclar y condimentar a gusto con sal y pimienta. Agregar la mezcla a un molde engrasado y hornear a 180ºC por 15 minutos. Cortar y servir caliente
