Receta completa Pastel de queso japonés INGREDIENTES • 4 huevos • 226 gr de queso crema • 200 ml de leche • 100 gr de azúcar • 50 gr de harina • jugo de medio limón • ralladura de 1 limón PREPARACIÓN Batir las claras hasta que estén espumosas, agregar el azúcar y seguir batiendo hasta lograr merengue firme. En un bowl batir el queso crema, agregar la leche, seguir batiendo. Agregar las yemas de huevo, el jugo de limón, la ralladura del limón y el harina. Agregar las claras batidas y mezclar todo suavemente. Verter mezcla en el molde y hornear a baño maría 180ºC durante 50 minutos. Enfriar por completo antes de servir.
