Receta completa Cake helado INGREDIENTES • 300 ml de crema para batir • 180 gr de frambuesa congeladas • 400 gr de leche condensada • 2 láminas de cake PREPARACIÓN En un bowl batir la crema hasta obtener consistencia firme. Agregar la leche condensada y las frambuesas. Reservar Cubrir un molde rectangular con papel plástico de cocina. Agregar una capa de helado, una capa de cake. Repetir proceso hasta obtener 5 capas en total. Cubrir con papel plástico y congelar por 6 horas. Cortar y servir.
