LIC gives you the facility to apply online to change the address in LIC policy. To change address in LIC policy you need to register in LIC customer portal and enroll your policies first. Go to LIC customer portal and login with your user ID and password. 2. After login go to your dash board. Click on the app 'service requests'. 3. It will redirect you to 'service request' page. Select the option 'address change' form the drop down menu. 4. Now some instructions will appear read all of them and trick on 'I agree' and click on 'proceed'. 5. In this page you will see the policy list. Select the policy for which you wish to change address. Then click on 'proceed'. 6. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number enter the OTP in this page and click on 'submit'. 7. In this page you will see your old address, your mobile number, your email address. Enter your new PIN code in this page and click on verify. Now enter your new address. Then select address proof document which you wish to upload. I select the driving license option in this video, then select the document from your computer by clicking on browse and then click on 'upload' button. 8. After upload you need to accept three declaration. Trick all of them and click on 'submit'. 9. Now a massage will be displayed saying that your request is successfully placed. And you will also see the service request number in this page.
