Rocky Road Ice Cream Recipe Chocolate Ice Cream with Walnuts and Marshmallows Ingredients: 3/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk 2 cups cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup walnut pieces 2 cups small marshmallows Preparation: 1. Whisk together the cocoa, sugars and salt. 2. Add the milk and, using a hand mixer on low speed or a whisk, beat to combine until the cocoa, sugars and salt are dissolved. 3. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours, or overnight. 4. Add mixture to ice cream machine for 15 - 20 minutes 5. Add walnuts and marshmallows 6. Freeze for at least 3 hours before serving
