Peanut Butter Banana Bread Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter room temperature 3/4 cup brown sugar 3 ripe bananas 1 oz. banana liqueur (optional) 2 eggs 1 cup peanut butter Dry: 2 - 1/4 cups flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt Preparation: 1. Combine butter and sugar 2. Add eggs liqueur peanut butter and bananas 3. Mix in dry ingredients 4. Pour into greased 9" x 5" bread pan 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 6. Allow to cool before removing from pan and serving
