@WebJCS 2.0 development: Layer offsetting
In JCS there is no option to move a layer by N pixels, but JJ2 supports it. By playing around with the J2L file format I found this and added it to WebJCS. Now, changing the layer offset for the sprite layer (4) is not a good idea because mask and events don't get moved, only the visible tiles.
