Complete 5pm newscast from the Monroe, Louisiana CBS affiliate owned by Gray. This show was recorded on Thursday, January 27, 2022. KNOE is rated number one in the market but their product is really unimpressive for what it is. On top of that, they have had a lot of management and talent upheaval lately to the point that Jenifer Andrews is currently solo anchoring all evening shows. The story selection isn't bad for what it is though, but I do wish there was more local content. They seem to rely too much on national stuff. I get it's a small market, but still. The graphics are pretty typical Gray graphics, and it's the same package used by WBAY and others. Music is Guardian from Stephen Arnold Music, and Sean King is the voiceover. Anchored by Jenifer Andrews with weather from chief meteorologist Matt Posgai. Includes a report from Lashanda McCuin, as well as the "Talking Food" local cooking segment with Cory Bahr.
