Complete 11am newscast from the Gray-owned ABC affiliate serving Eastern Iowa including Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, Dubuque, and Iowa City. Recorded on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. This is the second day, first full with their new graphics package, which is a navy blue and gold variation of the graphics also used by WBAY, WBTV, KWCH, and many more Gray stations. Also, concurrent with the launch of this package, the station changed voiceover artists from Sean King to the "youthful" Steve Davis (who is in his 60s). Additionally, the station ditched their longtime "Your 24-Hour News Source" slogan in favor of "Your Trusted Local News Source". That said, the station is still airing overnight updates to this day although they are pre-taped by the weeknight team and take the form of quick top-hour IDs. KCRG continues to be the local news leader in its market, although they recently lost their two main male anchors for radically different reasons, so most of their shows are solo anchored for now as replacements have not been found yet. CBS Enforcer from Gari continues to be used as the music. Anchored by Nicole Agee with weather from meteorologist Jan Ryherd.
