Alyssa and Nick came to visit us from Georgia the weekend of Oct 3th, 2009. We took them to Nashville and visited the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center. Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center is on the banks of the Cumberland River. You'll be amazed at the hotel's nine acres of indoor gardens, cascading waterfalls and an indoor river with its own Delta flatboat.. "The most impressive of the hotel's numerous areas is the Cascade Conservatory, which consists of two linked atriums. Waterfalls splash across rocky outcroppings, and fountains dance with colored lights and lasers.
