Somedays I can't even remember the simplest things... But I do recall that on the 3rd of May, 1998, at the (old) Blind Pig Co. in Champaign, Illinois, our beloved comrade enlisted the estimable talents of Kip Rainey on pedal steel and Chris Khoury on turntable to do a half-hour take on Giorgio Moroder's love theme from that one high-flying scientology circle jerk of a film. Twenty four years and five days later, our beloved comrade tried to remember the tune for nearly as long with another, much older high-flying circle jerk of a film.
