UKIP is a political party in the United Kingdom. Although it gained the third largest share of the vote (12.6%) in the General Election in May 2015 it is largely disliked due to its right wing views, particularly in relation to its views on immigration. During this live broadcast (14 May 2015) the reporter inadvertently describes UKIP in a way many would agree with.
