Kombucha is made by naturally fermenting sweetened black tea (camellia sinensis) with a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast, or a SCOBY, which is said to have probiotic benefits. By mixing this fermented tea with fruit juices and sealing it in an air-tight bottle, it will naturally create a delicious carbonated, fizzy drink!
