Facing issue with Personal Hotspot on your iPhone XS Max? Here's how you can turn-it ON: Follow these easy steps. Go to your iPhone settings, turn on your cellular network or cellular data. Then go to Cellular Data Network, scroll down and you can see Personal HOTSPOT. Provide same APN and Username and any password you like. Then, you can see Personal Hotspot just below Cellular on your iPhone Settings. Activate Allow Others to join. Set the same password you provided on just below APM and Username before. Then, you are all set. Turn on your Cellular data and on shortcut section, you can see the Personal HOTSPOT there. Enjoy.
