I'm going to share something with you all. The workout program that I am currently doing is 45mins daily 5x a week. I am NOT pretty while working out. It's a fat jiggling, sweat flying, kids screaming at each other in the background kind of situation. But I KEEP PUSHING. I am about to share with you a video clip of what THIS looks like. THIS is what it takes. It's not glamorous and I look nothing like Shaun T and his six-pack ab bunch. But this is ME. Monday-Friday. This video clip was taken during the last 10mins or so of my non-stop 45mins today... so keep that in mind! lol What are YOU doing to better yourself today?
