One of the builders of the Animatronics Experimenter's Kit, Doug Hanna had a problem getting his to work. So we did some phone diagnostics and then, I asked him to send the unit back to me. I found he had assembled it almost perfectly with a couple of small issues that may have been why he had a problem.
