Ingredients :
Leftover Rice : 1/2 cup
Sooji / Rava : 1 cup
water : 1/4 cup
coriander : 2 tbsp
salt to taste
Green Chilli : 2
Ginger : 1 inch
jeera : 1 tsp
kaju kismis
oil for frying
fresh curd : 2 cup
powder Sugar : 1/2 cup
Hot water As Required
Hing : pinch
salt : pinch
Green Chatni Recipe:
Green coriander- 1 Cup
Green Chilli- 2
ginger : 1 inch
Peanut - 1 tbsp
salt to taste
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Curd : 1 tbsp
jeera : 1 tsp
Water : 1 tbsp
ice cube : 3 to 4
For Khjoor Amli Chutney :
Khajoor : 1/4 cup
Amli : 1/4 cup
Sugar : 2 tbsp
Roasted Jeera powder : 1 tsp
Ginger powder : 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Red Chilli powder : 1 tsp
Hot water : 1 cup
serve with chaat chutney, Pomegranate seeds ,besan sev, chaat masala, Roasted Jeera powder , salted Boondi , red chilli powder, chopped Coriander.
