CHAPTER 6: SECRET VAULT OF SECRETS [11m 44s] Much like the previous two levels, the enemy types here and the huge Water boost at the end are big contributing factors for making Gill Grunt my main runner. He isn't really all that great with the on-rails shooting sections though, but that's what they are - on rails, and the close combat with the Arkeyan Robots are considerably simplified in comparison to the previous game anyway (thank goodness). Also I am stating this here and now - today I actually COMPLETED the Chapter 16 time trial on Hard. So therefore, ALL runs will be on Hard, and there's an extra Skylander joining the fight as well! Please cite Chapter 1's run to see which one. ALSO also also... I bought 4 lock puzzle keys but I had no idea how to use them. *_* Sunrise Canyon - I guess I wasn't quite prepared for the cursor lineup at the beginning. Other than that, defintiely no faults here if you take away the minor damages. East Dam Approach - Door and generators went great. East Dam - Could've done better against the Arkeyan Jouster. East Dam Controls - Tentative fight, still went pretty swift. Those Chompies that blocked me can perish in a fire or something. Lol at the lock puzzle. Flood Gulch - Not sure what the hell happened at the second half, but the fact remained that I got to the next dam. West Dam Approach - Guess I derped big time with the door there. The Bark Demon definitely didn't help at all. West Dam - Grilled mackerel, anyone? West Dam Cliffside - Those Bark Demons like being a burden to me, I see. Another tentative fight that eventually worked out. The Arkeyan Shield Juggernaut went down beautifully. Not so sure about the Jousters further up the hill - took a little too long for my liking. Lock Puzzle trick worked perfectly. Gorge of the Ancients - A much bolder trench run that finally required me to dive into the Shockwaves, and therefore demonstrating how awkward it is to go down these areas with a Water Skylander. Vault Approach - Not sure why I went back to pick up the treasure after getting off the Robot. *facepalm* Switch went great, as did the bridge. Vault Control Platform - AWESOME FIGHT. Perfect Lock Puzzle run too, go me. Could've been that bit quicker at the end of the bridge. Vault Access Area - Those Arkeyan Bombers like being fiddlier than the usual. Still was a decent fight. A little hesitation with the Lock Puzzle though; could never remember the perfect route through it. Thank you ^_^
