Bah... thought I finally had this uploaded but my cluelessness with removing things went and removed it. Going to try again. -Part 3: Starlight Carnival [10m52s]- I remember writing a huge paragraph here about all the mistakes that started coming in including 2 that came in at the end, but nope, I lost it all. Sheesh. Act 1 [0:09]: I have seen the trick with the jump that skips the entire first interior area. Though it can shave off a potential 30 seconds from your time, I however am completely unable to trigger it. Not to mention that I can't risk the squashing floor panels near the end either. Also... lol, I went RIGHT PAST the goal ring. So yes, decent run with a few mistakes. Act 2 [3:48]: Derp... accidental wall jump prior to triggering Spikes. But I was still careful for the rest of the way, which I believe was what this level was needing. Act 3 [4:38]: One of my best runs here. I've managed 1:12 before, but that was when I even had any boost power to go through the first section. Act 4 [6:07]: Now you see why I wanted to take damage prior to the checkpoint rather than anywhere before it. I gotta say that's my best run through this act. Act 5 [6:59]: I suck at the slide just before the hover section. Other than that, very flawless run! Act 6 [9:23]: Let the big mistakes begin. Hover's ring grab wasn't cooperating as well as I wanted it to, but hey, at least I landed in a safe place to pick myself back up again. On a good day I can go sub-50 here. Boss [10:37]: And from one bad run to another. My cooperation with the Laser wisp here is weak in general, and sometimes I end up either going for the wrong target, or completely FAILING to pick up Laser. My mistakes here must've lost me about 20 seconds, though to be still sub-25 after the boss is good enough for me at that stage. Still an alright segment. Lots of costly mistakes later on though, but what can you do? (To be continued in part 4)
