Walking the Nakasendo Trail. A trade route of over 500 KM, established during the 1600s connecting Tokyo to Kyoto - goes through dense forests and picturesque Japanese villages. We managed to walk around 30 KM of this trail, covering the best part, i.e Magome. We spent 3 nights here, traveling back in time to the Edo era.
