The Couta Boat - Return of a Classic The story of the couta boats which evolved to fish under sail for barracouta off the rugged Victorian coast. In recent years they have made a remarkable comeback as pleasure craft through their rugged simplicity, ease of sailing, and their direct link to our maritime heritage. Much of their story is told by men who actually built and fished in them as far back at the 1930's. It includes new and archival footage, some dating from 1915, plus dozens of photos of the period. Running time 75 minutes plus 35 minutes on how the reborth came about.
