Part 3 of my series on the Marantz Model 2252 Stereophonic Receiver. I replace the old incandescents behind the dial and meters with white LEDs for a bluer look. I adjust the bias current and DC offset on the main amp and the power supply voltage. I replace the old, rotting foam with new neoprene rubber. I also scrub the metal case to pretty it up for the thumbnail! I play music by Simon and Garfunkel, Joe Walsh, and Robyn Hitchcock while I work with my Pioneer PL-630 turntable, the preamp on my Sansui 2000A receiver, my resto/mod Magnavox AMP 196-00/DG-SE1 amplifier prototype build, and my ADS L520 speakers.
