We next see food coming into the stomach with obesity statistics and Type 2 diabetes being highlighted. Seeking treatment for obesity, we see that neurometabolic therapy is being incorporated, with the aim of suppressing hunger signals. Next, we traverse further and focus on an inflamed appendix; this is remedied with the assistance of antibiotics, and the necessity of an appendectomy is avoided. Ovulation now takes place. We track down the fallopian tube and into the uterus, encountering descriptions of various types of birth control along the way, including an oral contraceptive as well as an intrauterine device.
