The lion dance performance was done by the Tat Wong Kung Fu Academy. Lion Dance is a part of Asian/Chinese Culture and more specifically, giantsrocdaworld. Evan and Josh grew up watching dragon & lion dancing and it's possibly due to Josh having it here at his baby party.
