This prinia is a resident breeder in the Indian Subcontinent, ranging across most of India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and western Myanmar. -Source Wikipedia Video Summary: It took her 30 days to build a nest. from 15 may 2019 approx. to 14 june 2019 approx. Nest build on gauva plant, planted in a pot. - 15 june 2019 Prinia laid its first egg. I missed to shot the video. - 16 June 2019 She laid a second egg. - 17 June 2019 She laid a Third egg. - 18 June 2019 She laid a fourth egg. After laying fourth egg and last egg mother bird spent most of her time in nest till the hatch-lings came out. - 29 June 2019 There were three hatch-lings. - 30 June fourth one also came out. - 1 July All four chicks are there, all are healthy and growing very fast. Mother bird left the nest early morning 5:30 Am when there is little light outside and returns only after 6 pm. - 3 July Tremendous growth. Mother bird is feeding them many times a day. - 11 July 2019 D-Day, Empty Nest in the morning, Mother bird teaching them to fly and Introducing to real world. They left the nest but for 2-3 hours they were on the bushes of my terrace garden. Total 57 Days of content.
