On November 14th, 2019, GoFundMe held the first ever GoFundMe Heroes Celebration in San Francisco, California. The Celebration was a beautiful event designed to honor 5 community-nominated Heroes in front of a live audience. Former GoFundMe Heroes of the Month & founders of Blankets of Hope, Mike & Nick Fiorito, hosted the evening and introduced the audience to each inspiring story in turn. Each honoree came on stage and shared a moving speech explaining their missions to the audience.
