Il 29 novembre 1997 si tenne a Milano, anche a seguito della prima esperienza bolognese di qualche mese prima (mi si sono rovinate le riprese!), una grande parata/rave a favore della legalizzazione delle droghe. Migliaia di persone scesero in piazza festosamente per rivendicare un diritto, la libertà personale, più informazione, più sicurezza e contro la carcerizzazione in tema di droghe. Cos'è cambiato a distanza di dieci anni (e di decine di street parade)? Io vedo solo il disastro della politica proibizionista. Le riprese sono di Gomma.
