Doing a full note-for-note play-through and breakdown of this song is beyond my chops. Hopefully, this explanation of the main lick and some of the variations EVH uses will be helpful to some people. It's a very fun song to play around with. Please note: during the play-through, I start the lick on the down stroke of the "2" beat, but I should have begun it on the upstroke or "and" part of the beat, as I describe in the breakdown.
