I've Always been intrigued by Nikola Tesla and Free Energy, but after reading the entire paper (I pulled excerpts from), and watching all the trailer videos (link below), I now feel like I understand a little more about 'free energy from the seething vacuum' in this electric universe we live in, and one of the many things Nikola Tesla discovered. In 1986, Arthur C. Clarke published a science fiction novel called Songs of Distant Earth which depicts a starship called Magellan that is powered by the quantum vacuum zero point energy.
