To be able to hold a handstand takes lots of practice. It's not really the sort of thing you'd do for more than 15 or 20 minutes without a break though, so a lunchtime session like this is feasible every day. Here's another video showing one of my other sessions. If you want to get good at handstands & currently can't do them I'd suggest starting with an elbow stand, then progress to a headstand ..against a wall if you need to, then you'll build the shoulder strength required for attempting the freeheld handstand. To get to this stage has taken me abput 1 year (about a year since I began to 'crack the code' & about 2 years since my first, rather disasterous attempt where I landed on my shoulder on a hard floor).
