Sultanpur lodhi , located in Kapurthala district , Punjab is of historical imprtance to the Sikhs. Guru Nanak , the first sikh guru , started spreading his holy message after staying in the bein river for three days . After he came out of the river, he gave the mool mantra " EK ONKAR ". This year marks the 550th birthday of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji . On this ocassion there are huge celebrations organised by the Government of Punjab From 1st to 12th November 2019 in the town of Sultanpur Lodhi . Me and my friend Anmol visited this holy place on 28th October to seek blessings and check preparations for the celebration. Edited on Youcut by Inshot phone apps.
