Trong khuôn khổ chương trình ngày trái đất (Global Earthday Network) cho Việt Nam, hơn 1000 tình nguyện viên đã tham gia vào tiết mục nhảy flashmob tại hồ Bán Nguyệt (quận 7, TP.HCM) sáng 20/4/2014. Sự kiện nhằm kêu gọi, nhằm lan tỏa thông điệp chính của dự án Green Talk và Ngày Trái Đất là: "kêu gọi 50000 dấu vân tay cam kết Một Ngày Không Xả Rác". Nhảy flashmob dù có mặt ở VN được một thời gian, tuy nhiên mức độ phổ biến chưa nhiều, chủ yếu vẫn tập trung tại một số thành phố lớn....
