@Hjalfi ports Fuzix to the ESP8266: #15: ...and it's done

In whch yr hmbl svt completes the Fuzix port to the ESP8266. It lives! It lives! IT LIVES, I tell you! With the SD card working reliably and the timer interrupt working, the only piece left is the TTY interrupt, so in this video I make it work... and discover that I can now log in, run programs, and basically it all works. There are still bugs to fix, and it'd still be nice to enable multitasking mode (as this would make pipes work), but the project is now code complete.
