MJ always stepped it up a notch against Clyde Drexler since Portland passed on MJ in the draft because of him. Hitting 10 of his first 11 shots, MJ won the battle but Clyde's 42pts neutralized MJ's 52 to win the war - this time. Other than MJ, sadly, the rest of the Bulls didn't show up and their 20 point deficit was just a tad too much for MJ to outdo on his own - this time.
