Even if she dodges the criminal charges stemming from her accident, the judge could still convict her for probation violation -- in which case the troubled actress could face at least eight months of jail time. According to TMZ, the L.A. City Attorney is out for blood, and prosecutors have already filed paperwork asking the court to revoke Lindsay's probation so she may be convicted on all counts. The odds are definitely stacked against Lindsay, and she'll be incredibly lucky if she gets away from this without serving any time at all. Yikes, good luck LiLo. I can't really imagine you doing well in jail. Brooke Mueller is heading into rehab for the 19th time to treat the adderall dependency that landed her in the hospital last week. While she's in treatment, Mueller is apparently leaving her twins by Charlie Sheen with his previous ex-wife Denise Richards! Why isn't Sheen watching the kids? His Anger Management schedule is apparently just too demanding. Richards will watch the three-year-olds for an "indefinite" period of time while their mother gets well. Apparently, they stayed with the actress the last time Mueller was in rehab too! Ah, Hollywood -- where you can always count on your famous ex-husband's famous ex-wife to watch your twins while you treat your substance abuse issues. You said it! And finally, former "Storage Wars" star David Hester is suing the producers of the A&E reality hit, claiming the show is fixed and he was fired for complaining about it! Hester claims that A&E planted valuable finds for their favorite castmembers, including a mini BMW under some trash and a pile of newspapers reporting the death of Elvis Presley. He's even claiming the network paid for the show's less photogenic stars to get cosmetic surgery to make them more appealing to viewers! an Dotson, head of the auction company featured on the program, claims that Hester is lying and that everything featured on the show is strictly legal. I don't want to burst the guy's bubble or anything, but...come on, David. ALL reality TV is staged. ALL OF IT.
