But according to PerezHilton, the couple are giving things one more shot with a romantic Christmas vacation. Let's hope they can work things out! LeAnn Rimes blew the roof off the set of X Factor this week with a stunningly over-the-top performance of her hit "How Do I Live". Many speculated the country star may have been under the influence, since she was missing notes and seemed to be gripping onto her duet partner, Carly Rose Sonenclar, for balance, but Rimes is firing back and swearing she was simply doing her best to compensate for the 13-year-old's nerves. Kind of a weird excuse, but I guess there's no way of proving things one way or the other. And finally, Justin Bieber ruffled the feathers of the California Hamster Association this month when he gave his little pet away to a screaming fan at Jingle Ball. A rep for the organization claims, "The moment that hamster was handed off to a screaming girl in a harsh, frenzied environment was likely the moment it gazed at the short path to its doom." Seems a bit dramatic, but I think the real story here is that there's a California Hamster Association.
