TRUE STREET These boys were not overwhelmed by the silver wear in the garages either side of them as they demonstrated that the heart of drag racing is the intent of the driver. It was an east coast battle as QLD, NSW and VIC were all represented in a terrific field. Greg Aitken got out to a good start qualifying on top, but a Chicago shootout format would level the field again once finals began. APSA cars are Australia's fastest streetcars, although not all cars in every class must be registered, they must come as close to appearing so as possible depending on class. A combination of perfect weather, a great crowd and super performances by all made the event a huge success!
