自作だから自分の思い通りのタブレットホルダーに近づけるが最初は、木板でいろいろ構想を練ってみた。結果、この２種類がいいかなって感じた。アルミの種類は、10種類程度のジュラルミンまで有りますが下から2番目ぐらいの柔らかい6～7mmのA5052アルミ板素材で作りました。これより硬くなるともうビクともしないし手に負えません、まったく曲がらないで折れたりヒビが入ったりします。また、鋼（ハガネ）のようなアルミもあります。素材を間違うと加工出来ません。
