DANIEL EL BOY - MÚSICA PARA TUS OJOS DANIEL EL BOY - MUSIC FOR YOUR EYES Carol, David, Javier, Raul, Gerard, Camilo formaron Limbotheque, una banda que puede ir del pop al jazz pasando por el swing más divertido, country, sonido fronterizo tex-mex, chanson francaise con aroma de cabaret, tintes gitanos de Europa del Este, incluso dar un ligero rodeo por el soul o porque no, meterse de cabeza en el más genuino sonido "banda municipal de pueblo de toda la vida". Todo ello según se tercie y en dosis adecuadas para dar una mezcla de estilos imposible que logran cristalizar muy bien junto a la voz de su cantante Carol. Canciones cantadas en castellano, inglés y francés para terminar de dinamitar todas las fronteras y una tendencia natural a sonar "viejuno y optimista". FOLKABARET nacio como un proyecto para limbotizar la música popular europea y americana. El gran repertorio que ha acompañado a generaciones de uno y otro lado del atlantico, desde mediados del siglo XIX, aparece aqui vestido con trajes a medida sacados del cabaret berlines de los años 30, de los garitos en los que paraban los autobuses de Playground de la america profunda de los 50´s o del poprock frances de la vartan, los halliday o los polnareff de los 60´s (atencion a la traduccion) La musique populaire européenne et américaine adaptée à la pop-rock, folk, swing et le jazz.
