Mango Pulp or Aamras is a unique way of preserving the Mango. The Mango Pulp when mixed with sugar increases its shelf life and can be readily used in many other recipe preparations. You can certainly make Mango Lassi every morning just by pouring the 2 Tbsp of Mango pulp squash within a minute. Also, you can make Mango Ice Cream using this pulp. The other applications that we have seen are using it as a top up sauce in Ice Cream Sundae or garnishing the salad.
