回甘食堂料理課開張!!! 今天除了梅酒之外也要做梅子醋喔~ 人生就是不斷的練習，直到熟練、直到膩了不想再做。這次除了挑戰作梅酒之外，還練習說話、練習表達、練習剪接，也練習看著自己。對我來說最大的練習，其實是使用直式的影片，哈哈哈，一直以來我都非常討厭直式的影片，看到會覺得眼睛不舒服呢~~ 大概就跟把蔥放到嘴巴裡會作嘔的那種生理反應一樣直覺。不過也許有些東西就是更適合拍成直的吧。這次決定來面對它！梅酒的做法很簡單，重要的是要抓住青梅產季的尾巴，逾時不候唷！而且材料也都很便宜，最貴的大概就是音樂版權了吧！哈哈～材料：青梅 10斤 350元 (才用了一半) 伏特加 750ml的3罐 900元以內冰糖一包 65元 (要大粒的唷) 配樂版權 3首歌約2000元 (就說他最貴吧XDD)
