Junkers JU-52 Payware aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator Short test flight above the Hanseatic city of Hamburg, Germany's second largest city and landing at Hamburg Airport Helmut Schmidt (EDDH). The trimotor aircraft (initially with a single engine) flew for the first time as a prototype in 1930. A total of 4 845 units were built in various variants (civil and military) from the early 1930s till 1952 predominantly in Germany but later on in France and Spain. Only a few JU-52 aircraft survive today in airworthy condition. Remarks after a short test flight with this classic aircraft in MSFS: Aircraft handling seems to be very straightforward, no surprises here. Textures in general are extremely detailed as is the cockpit and passenger cabin. Sound effects are also very good.
