interplanetrabbit's video: Advice for Positive Body Image and Self Esteem

Greetings, my friends! :) It's been awhile since I've made a longer, more serious video for you, but I've been asked about this so frequently that I decided it would be a good idea to make a very thorough response. I acknowledge that this is likely much longer than most of you might care to watch, so I'll provide a listing of each tip, alongside the time that it appears within the video. Hopefully breaking this down by "chapter" will allow you to watch part of it and come back to finish later. Here are the sections and their respective times: Tip (@6:42): Adjust your environment. Tip (@10:25): Create a list of people that you love/admire and consider why it is that you look up to them. Tip (@13:12): Create a list of activities or hobbies you enjoy and consider how your body enables you to participate in them. Tip (@15:32): Become involved in a physical activity that you enjoy as opposed to working out for the sole purpose of losing weight; you'll feel much more fulfilled throughout your weight loss/fitness journey if it involves an activity you legitimately love and can adhere to doing. Tip (@17:55): Remove the focus from yourself for a few hours each week by volunteering somewhere. Please let me know if you have any questions.
