-- A Documentary Short on Stranger Cole's Toronto Roots -- Jamaican Ska and Reggae legend Stranger Cole moved to Toronto in the early 1970s; leaving fame and stardom behind him. Despite his talent, he was forced to work at as a security guard at the Tonka Toy factory to make a living. Later, he eventually established the first Caribbean business in Kensington Market; a record store and label, located at 58 Kensington Ave. Chris" Earl Grey" Flanagan and Graeme "Dj Gramera" met up with the veteran some 40 years later in his old neighborhood during a recent tour to document his story.
