A 2 MINUTE EDIT?!?! who knew I even had it in me. i clearly have an obsession with this whole trope/pairing. The whole idea of a dark broody figure being dangerously protective of a soft flowery lady just gives my heart so much joy. And somehow these two brought a new take to hades & persephone in my own mind, partly because of the impeccable acting by Andreas Pietschmann in 1899(i love this man), and also Mia Wasikowska for Jane Eyre. Very underrated. And so talented in their emotional scenes. Ugh. it made me yearn for them to be in something together.
