Im obsessed with him. ugh. My sweet boy. Astarion's story absolutely demolishes me. I've been screen recording different dialogue choices for an edit - and omg, the whole pale elf storyline is insane. And im so torn still with which way is the best way to go for him, considering everything. Also please no spoilers for the end of the game just yet - i just finished astarion, but i haven't finished most of act 3 at all. So i know there's more to come. I'll also have to re-play the beginning potentially to get early relationship stuff recorded. I just love astarion. his torment and sadness and depth of feeling, especially in his quest is hard to go through. But likewise, what Larian has done with him if you choose to 'free' him, is also so interesting, but challenging. Just incredibly well written, and impeccably acted by Neil. The voice, the tiny subtleties. Everything. Anywho - edit coming soon for him (and my tav/OC) with this song.
