jacosson's video: Oxyrrhis marina dinoflagellate at high magnification

@Oxyrrhis marina (dinoflagellate) at high magnification
Individual cells of Oxyrrhis marina (dinoflagellate) are observed at high magnification by DIC microscopy (100X objective) combined with video enhanced microscopy to visualize the details of the longitudinal flagellum. A paraflagellar rod is flanking the axonemal structure and is responsible of the folding/contraction of the flagellum.
