P L E A S E R E A D: I know there will be a lot of questions, concerns, etc. SO PLS READ BEFORE YOU ASK OR COMMENT! Thank you. First off, thank you to my bro PHONG for helping me record!! Second, I am fairly new to fitness. I've only been consistent at the gym for less than a year. My leg workouts are what I'm most confident in bc its what I've learned the most about, and what I target the most. However, I understand I'm not perfect and I still have lots to learn! Because of this, I am very nervous about uploading my first workout routine video. People always have different opinions and criticism when I post anything related to my workouts on snapchat & IG. Please be nice to me and others. I will not tolerate negativity HOWEVER I do welcome friendly tips and advice. I always want to learn new things, so if you are into fitness and have made progress... PLEASE SHARE! I'd love to hear it. I have definitely made some progress in my glutes and legs, but am no where near my goal. Lets work hard together ^_^ Disclaimer: I did not film myself doing every single rep and set! It wouldve been too long. Also, I fast forwarded EVERYTHING! Sooo when you do these workouts, please go a lot slower than shown. Also, adjust your weights to challenge yourself. You don't need to go as heavy or light as me. Everyones progress and strength is different! If you're a super noob, don't be afraid to use just your body weight. Up your weight once your feel like its easy. But don't go too easy, always challenge yourself to where you feel like you're dying during your last rep. For beginners: sumo just means your at a wide stance and angle your toes outwards. Being at a sumo position helps u burn your glutes more. However, any type of squat will help you work out your entire lower body! Physique & Goals: I'm 5'0, 98lbs. My main goal is to gain some muscle, mostly on my legs and booty!! I train other body parts too, but legs are what I focus on most. I also want to lose some stomach fat (not happening rn cause my diet could be better.. lol and get some abs!
