"see those mountains? just like hawaii" -liyeh shushu this was all shot on a sunday because we had a LOT of free time... just so we're clear, i dont normally fall asleep during service- it was just all in chinese and i cant understand anything past the level of a first grader. also during lunch there was this super nice auntie from the jian church who kept trying to shove food down our throats. larry really appreciated her lol. the beach was super nice because there was no sand! i think the worst part of beaches are the sand even tho im going to school basically on a beach hahaha. anyways, the rocks were super pretty but apparently it was illegal to take them. didnt stop some people in our group but i wont reveal who bc i am not a snitch. afterwards we went to downtown jian even tho larry wanted to go back to the hotel but sucks for him bc everyone else wanted to go downtown. sorry larry. we walked around in a desperate search for shaved ice since one of the twins wanted it (?) so evan took us on a whole adventure. it was ~wild~ i didnt vlog dinner but some guy from the kaohsiung church treated us to thai food which was very delicious. and then we went to the aboriginal harvest festival!!!! it!!!! was!!!! so!!!! cool!!!!!!!!!!!! we love appreciating cultures :'). we wanted to stay until the end but we had to go back early bc the next morning we would start prison ministry :/ esther made her own vlog; it's super cute. check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ou_WQ5O9Hfw
